International Shipments: Some countries will halt packages in transit and require a customs charge to be paid on imported goods. If your parcel does not arrive, it's likely being held at your local mail service.
General Return Policy for Arcworth, LLC ("Arcworth")
Arcworth stands behind the quality of our products and we want you to love every purchase. Within 15 days, if you are unhappy with any product for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund back to the original method of payment. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund. Refunds beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
